Happy birthday and congratulations to our AGI Bristol office, who have just turned 10!
The Bristol office was the first of our offices to open their doors, opening on 11th December 2014, offering multimodal freight solutions and customs services.
Georgia Stowell, the Director of the Bristol office, has been with the team since day 1, and commented: “Believe it or not, I remember the first day I walked into the office as an apprentice. So much has changed in the last 10 years, with the team expanding, new offices opening all across the UK and new services being offered to our customers.”
10 years in certainly a long time, so let’s take a quick look back:
- The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies had just been released in cinema’s.
- The X Factor winner Ben Haenow claimed the 2014 Christmas Number 1 with Something I Need.
- Chelsea were top of the Premier League at Christmas, and they went on to lift the trophy in May.
Georgia concluded: “It’s been a pleasure to work for the Bristol office for the last decade, and here’s to the next 10 years!”
