Brazilian imports totaled US$290.9 billion in 2025. This represents a significant increase from 2024 figures, marking an all-time high for the country’s trade series as Brazil intensified its intake of machinery and electronic components

The following are the top 10 Brazilian imports in 2025. The top 10 accounts for approximately 72.1% of the total US$ value for all imports into Brazil.
- Machinery including Computers – US$48.8 billion (16.6% of total imports)
- Mineral Fuels including Oil – US$32.6 billion (11.1%)
- Electrical Machinery & Equipment – US$31.4 billion (10.7%)
- Vehicles – US$24.1 billion (8.2%)
- Fertilizers – US$16.7 billion (5.7%)
- Organic Chemicals – US$15.5 billion (5.3%)
- Pharmaceuticals – US$14.8 billion (5.0%)
- Plastics & Plastic Articles – US$11.7 billion (4.0%)
- Optical, Technical & Medical Apparatus – US$9.8 billion (3.3%)
- Other Chemical Goods – US$8.8 billion (3.0%)
