As part of our global expansion, AGI are pleased to announce the opening of our newest office in Amsterdam.
Amsterdam is AGI Global’s second international office and is part of our long term international expansion plan to ensure we can continue to provide the best service possible to both new and existing clients.
Our focus will be on EU-EU cross trade traffic, with additional support also provided for EU-UK traffic. We’ve already begun working with a number of exciting clients, including:
- Major packaging suppliers
- Major fast food chain
- A large beer keg supplier
- A large food manufacturer
- A large dairy
- Large 3PL providers
The opening of our Amsterdam office will allow us to progress with our long-term goal of being a market leader in EU-UK and EU-EU services for our existing clients, and to be able to bring on board new international clients. Our new office will provide customs services for shipments to the UK, and we already have big plans for the future of our new office.
With expectations of 200 jobs completed each month and predictions that this number will increase, we’re anticipating super-fast growth for AGI Amsterdam. The office is already staffed with members of the AGI team and by the end of our first year, we expect to have hired up to 3 more employees at AGI Amsterdam.
The main focus of our new office will be EU-EU FTL road freight shipments, with the location of the office strategically placed for optimised logistical planning and transportation. AGI Global’s road freight presence will increase significantly due to our Amsterdam office, and will allow us to provide assistance to the other branches of AGI to help with their road freight volumes. We’ll also be able to provide additional support on EU-UK-EU lanes.
